Ive been there before the mountains are nice far away from the city but I don't get the hype what activities are actually there why would you move here I am black and I hear I would get treated there nice but thats it ?

Spent 3 hours leaving downtown during rush hour in bumper to bumper traffic with the sun right in my eyes. Was horrifying

I spent the winter in buckhead and i mean personally i like atlanta a lot but i lived there for like 4 months its hard to experience the bad things about a city if u live there for 3-4 months

What i always liked about ATL is that it was basically a cool city full w black people

Youve got neighborhoods of huge houses and towns w nothing but black people, black doctors, nurses, yr teller at the bank etc

U got black gang bangers, suburban kids, hipster kids and then hella 1st-2nd generation African immigrant people

In short the culture but as far as the city itself the downtown is pretty asf and one of my favorites but compared to other similar sized cities its lacking big in major infrastructure

Everyone lives in the suburbs around the core and you need a car to survive

pro tip: if you have anything to do downtown do it early and be gone around 2PM bc rush hour traffic there lasts from 3 to 6PM you're welcome.
