Autistic people are able to focus on tasks at a higher level and with much greater intensity than regular people and aren’t born with the fundamental beliefs/archetypes neurotypical people have. Autistic minds when used productively have historically made great contributions to science and other fields. (Steve Jobs, Nikola Tesla, Darwin, Newton etc)

Companies like Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are now actively seeking out people with Autism to work for them
