Post-ASTROWORLD (album) and pre-ASTROWORLD Tragedy I feel like Travis Scott was the clear cut leader of the youth but with him taking a step back and the understanding of WLR in the past year I feel like Carti is the clear leader of the youth at the moment

1. His sound is the blueprint for every new popping rapper (Yeat, Ken Carson, Homixide etc.)
2. He basically Ye's second in line post-Cudi
3. WLR is a classic that has influenced youth culture heavily in the past year especially in terms of fashion
