I rather play Dawn FM than trilogy as a whole

duh, I find it a chore to listen in full George Harrison's "All Things Must Pass", that clocks at 1h46min, I doubt someone can regularly sit and listen Trilogy as a whole, which clocks at about 2h40min

to me ~40min is the sweet spot for an album
not too long, not too short.

anything above 60min reaches "effort" category, I need to make an effort to listen it, find the free time

Even individually, I rather listen to Dawn FM, I also think trilogy is his magnum opus tho. When this new trilogy is complete it will be a more fair comparison.

Interesting, that's the beauty of a matter as subjective as music, we can have different opinions.
A small part of me agrees too, for Dawn FM being more of a "easy listening" as Jim would say. The mixtapes, while stellar, are emotional, and can't be played anytime. Cheers pal 😄🍻
