So the scream at the end was a slowed down clip from Dumb and Dumber (according to Bill My Zoot in a ktt1 thread). And the footage of the family is supposedly from a French movie according to @Slingshot .If we find that movie, a recreation could be possible, assuming there’s no way to find the original
