    Theres drake

A few big names still around from before him. Like eminem and kanye.

Really only kendrick lamar as a big household name after him. (And even then, the 60 year olds who recognize every other name ive said, might not know kendricks)

Ppl like travis making splashes. Future had a run.

But really, its mostly ppl dropping a hot song, maybe even a project, or a few mini ones over a year or so.... And then they fizzle out.

    Is drake to blame?

Only thing he needs to do is name a successor to the OVO throne. In a few years the big 3 need to pass the torch to keep s*** fresh

No Drake's dominance is not killing rap.

who else is going to bring 90's r&b back to the mainstream.

It doesn’t really matter because there’s no way he’ll be at the top much longer. He’ll still be huge but not the way he is now.

  • Feb 13, 2020

Rap will never as an art form, on the other hand I dont about drake effect on the market.

😂. Eminem existed and people were fine. And he dominated more than Drake and for a longer time.

And Cole still does Arena Tours, he is pretty huge.
