Ive been seeing alot of hype around this game and Im wondering if its really worth it or something thats going to be hyped for like 3 days and die off

it is the current flavor of the month on twitch, it'll die off just like apex and teamfight tactics.

just a lot of hype cos its free with twitch or smth was a lot of hype too like 12+ months back and then died off dont believe the hype save your hard earned money

game has had an audience for awhile, now recently its getting picked up by the biggest streamers

If you like hardcore, nonforgiving, realistic shooters then yes it is worth it. Ive owned it for about a year or so and play a couple times a week. Its nice its getting more love on twitch right now and the bigger streamers are playing with drops enabled so you get free loot from just watching them. Even if the view on twitch drop off, which will probably happen like it does for most games, its still a fun game.

Bought it and I literally want to end my life because of how hard it is. It’s still fun tho.

lol, dont listen to anyone in this thread this game has a insanely dedicated fanbase. like once this drop s*** is down for twitch it will still be top 10 on twitch easily. it's a really good game with a really big skill gap.

if you expect something like cod, or battlefield its completely different. its a realistic shooter.

theres a 40 dollar standard version you can get i believe which is worth it.

Depends on what you want. Squad is A LOT more forgiving than Tarkov and not nearly intense. I personally like Tarkov a lot more since there's something to gain and lose.
