Captain Morganmaybe not in a technical guitar or drum sense.. but as far as vocals and hit song writing.. I'm not sure there's anyone who can match them in terms of catalog.
“vocals” well yeah because people in pop punk don’t really sing like THAT. Patrick and brendon urie only dudes with pipes in that genre

That being said, PATD’s best album (their first Dont @ me hoe) goes to toe with any of FOB’s best s***. That theatrical baroque mix was just that good
