Ive been saying this
Was arguing w people saying he’s more popular now than he was 4/5 yrs ago, tht he’ll 300k plus first week etc
Frank has gotten more experimental every yr since 2015. Expect like 140k/week
He’s as popular as like a tyler the creator as opposed to a the weeknd nowadays
frank fanbase is huge plenty people will check it out anything he releases
he will sell 300k + if or when he releases, do people remember how much of a event blonde was
Frank's never had any hits really, his music as always been about the content of what's in it and the story
Y'all....
In My Room and DHL made like no noise and were forgotten after a few weeks after their releases.
Frank is out here getting sued over vinyls,
Blonde era - Frank was everywhere, the album got extensive coverage.
Frank had to cancel Coachella, are people still checking for Frank ala Channel Orange and Blonde eras?
I think so. The guy is really mid and I think people are starting to finally realize it. I used to stan him but the guy just can’t live up to the enormous praise heaped on him. I mean, this generation’s Marvin Gaye? Really? C*** hipsters need to f*** off. Guy can’t sing live well consistently for s***, that’s why he doesn’t tour, and those recent live performances were proof. He struggles singing his stuff even lowering them a couple semitones. He can’t compare to Marvin let alone Stevie or his modern counterparts. Comparisons really don’t serve him especially because he makes pretty unique music. He was always good for what he was, but the hype ruined him, he knows he could never deliver on it, and that’s part of how tortured he must feel. Lens Provider and Biking were masterpieces though goddamn. Wtf happened between those and In My Room and DHL? They must be older or something
A lot of people were also speculating that he completely reworked his album/rollout plan after seeing the lukewarm reception for those two singles
Also switched out the single with Arca & Skepta last minute
Dude's insecure & petty as f***

lmao you know exactly what I mean, dude went in a new direction with his sound and completely backtracked just because some people complained
isnt he supposed to me Gods gift to the music industry? I thought he's an innovator?
People are 100% starting to turn on him and his bullshit mysterious gimmicks
I'm not
Frank is in his own damn lane.
He'll release when he wants to release. I doubt he even cares about numbers and that's great for his artistry.

He does his numbers playing his fans with over priced merch

Who is actually starting to turn on him besides KTT nerds?
Frank ocean fans be like “sales don’t matter, albums don’t matter, and releasing music doesn’t matter - Frank is just so cute and innocent that he can do whatever he wants!”
Who is actually starting to turn on him besides KTT nerds?
lol I've seen a good amount of tweets on my TL with decent traction that were clowining his faux-mysterious persona
not to mention that a few thousand fans were actually trying to sue him too

he just uses it to communicate with friends even though it’s open to the public
Total fraud. Dude is such an attention seeker it isn’t even funny!
everyone was trashing him for going ghost between 2014-2016 and then he came back and dropped blonde and endless lmfao
just because your favourite artist is constantly posting and sharing stories on ig like a high school prom queen doesn't mean anyone who doesn't is playing a persona
hes probably one of the most respected mainstream artist in the industry right now and kids on here wanna claim just cause he dropped 2 mids song and saw a couple of tweets on their timelines that hes finished and people have turned on him haha

If Frank actually had talent he could’ve saved r&b with his hype
