I don’t think anyone from Opium has ever held the WWE Hardcore Championship like Cactus Jack did.

Love Sick did like 38K with a much larger marketing budget and big name features (Travis, Future, JB, etc...) in comparison to ILCK which did 29K.

Obviously two different kinds of bases there (cult fanbase vs. general audience), but I don't think it's that far of a reach to compare the two labels outside of the obvious mainstream hits

Even then though, Travis has been able to cultivate as an artist way longer than Carti did before starting their respective labels so we'll see

They are close sales wise but Don has him beat streaming wise by a large margin. Don is even pretty close to Carti right now arguably

But what's holding Don back from growing further is that he has no star power / strong branding which ultimately affects his sales.

His albums don't really feel like events or a big moment. Which is definitely something that Cactus Jack should be working on with him

Every Trav / Carti album feels like big moments cause they're actually stars

I actually don't really see Don growing much further until Cactus Jack actually develops him more as an artist and develops his branding. He really has no image or personality to speak of which is holding him back in the long run

Mainstream wise he had potential to be as big as Trav if he was more developed. That's really where star power comes into play and developing your image as an artist that people can connect with
