Seriously I fart a lot. Should that be normal or is it a sign of bad diet / bad mouth flora?

Please someone enlighten me and tell me that everyone be holding their farts back in the office all day long

Also, describe the smell. Is there post-sensation? Does it sting?

How long does it linger? Do you have to sit sideways afterwards?

me except in school. Im holding in my farts in class and in the library. Im holding it in so bad that my ass still makes a sound when im about to fart but im still holding it in.

all I remember is raw onions make you fart and obv anything with tons of fiber
