Let me get something straight
Just because people are angry now you guys wanna tell everybody to speak up? why is everyone about activism only in times of crisis? you wanna speak your peace only when everyone got their hand on pie? Y'all cant talk about a movement if you don't live by the mottos of that movement on a daily.
Don't be pressing others to join (especially those ones who have been using their VOICE to speak up for years) only because you see this on social media and on the news, that' ain't activism, that's peer pressure.
You guys only see the injustices now? s*** been going on for years, where were you last year? that year before that? making memes on social media about rappers being hoteps? yeah that's right.

Artists just gotta say s*** and then support. This isn't rocket science. Speak up, call out, and donate to help the people doing the work for change. Promote people who actually are advocating for change. Like idk bro why this s*** gotta be mentioned a millions times

most ppl don't care until it's cool to care, when it takes over their twitter feed. there's been a couple of people dying at the hands of police injustice just this year, but when this one person dies, NOW everyone wants to march?

You are a celebrity. You don't get to pick and choose when to be silent. Stop defending these mfers like they don't benefit from the status quo. These niggas gotta be held accountable too. Maybe they are donating, maybe they aren't. If they aren't saying they are, I am lead to believe they aren't because if they were, they would be trying to promote it for PR.
