Look day today day nothing has really changed at all which is fantastic.

The concept itself may be outdated to some as evidenced itt but it’s quite peaceful to me. The scary part is that you essentially tie yourself to another person both “spiritually” as well as legally but the beauty is that someone else does the same for you.

There’s so much comfort in knowing that another person is as committed to you as you are to them.

Like everything in life that’s worth anything you need to work on it to make sure it lasts.

It’s honestly what you make of it.

That sounds pretty nice, honestly I don’t think I could bring myself to trust someone enough to marry them, but it must be nice to feel that connected to somebody, I hope you two have a long life together

Btw I’m no marriage expert or anything. Haven’t even been married a year nor had any ceremonies cause of Covid.

All I can say is that fear never goes away. The moment that fear goes is when you get complacent and that’s when relationships die.

Just give it time man, I remember I was 13/14 talking to a dude on KTT1 10/11 years ago about marriage and the concept and he told me it will happen.

I’m sure you’re not 13/14 but maybe irl/KTT6 you can give this talk to someone after you’re married and at peace.
