the guy slammed his head into the computer prior to the recording, that's the reason for the video's existence in the first place. if i was having an issue with customer service and the employee in front of me started freaking out like that frankly i'd fear for my own safety, and i'd want it documented too. also, "obvious he's on the spectrum;" it's really not. there are countless videos of people online losing their s*** in a similar vein and you can't say every single one of them is mentally ill. i'm not saying the man behind the camera is 100% innocent of any wrongdoing, but it's a hell of a lot easier to make judgements about what went down with the knowledge of the video's subject having BPD, something most people, including the person who recorded this, didn't know on first impression.
