No I think he's already peaked artistically, and ever since then he's exploring new sounds/themes but the quality has become more hit/miss. I think it's fair to say it's been this way since MBDTF.

His taste level has gotten better but it hasn’t extended to the music consistently.

He shows flashes of greatness every album.

His singing has gotten a lot better, his rapping a little worse, and his production is around the same level it's always been
