They are all rappers.
People judge rappers differently based on artistry and rapping though. The former is things like sound and experimentation, the latter is aspects like lyricism, wordplay, flow. I'd say Kanye could rank as one of the best ever in terms of the former, not so much the latter. But he is still underrated as a rapper imo
You guys are using wordplay, flow, lyricism, "technique" to try and discredit him when he has all of that
Also, to everyone saying Drake???
post some performances that compete with these
Then you still got tracks like Momma, BDKMV (a song the general population doesn't even understand, they just hear the hook and vibe to it), Sing About Me, FEAR, THat Part remix
Not saying he's the best ever but some of you are trying way too hard to discredit him. @Darkest_Angel had to sneak Drake into his list by saying ChampagnePapi

he's definitely top rapper
Nobody is f***ing touching Wayne lol. mad disrespectul thread Im just out
Wayne never made GKMC or TPAB, and Kendrick never released anything bad like Rebirth or anything post-No Ceilings.
Kendrick > Wayne
Maybe the best rapper of his generation in the mainstream. But I’d still rather listen to drake
The greatest rap artist of all time, no doubt about it (Kanye could be a close though). The greatest rapper isn’t necessarily the greatest artist (all rappers are artists but there’s a distinction to be made, e.g: Jadakiss is a very good rapper but not a very good artist, imo).
He's up there, yeah. He's in the conversation. That's as much as anyone can be, as there's no one goat.
Definitely of this generation. Hes got the comericial and critical success of his projects, the lyricism and has used music to speak on issues in society.
He ticks all the right boxes
