People judge rappers differently based on artistry and rapping though. The former is things like sound and experimentation, the latter is aspects like lyricism, wordplay, flow. I'd say Kanye could rank as one of the best ever in terms of the former, not so much the latter. But he is still underrated as a rapper imo

Feb 9, 2021The greatest rap artist of all time, no doubt about it (Kanye could be a close though). The greatest rapper isn’t necessarily the greatest artist (all rappers are artists but there’s a distinction to be made, e.g: Jadakiss is a very good rapper but not a very good artist, imo).
