DAMN is great front to back, had a huge impact on rap that moment, that was the one year Kendrick (or anyone for that matter) was able to be more commercially successful than Drake. I go to a show or even listen to the radio and Loyalty, DNA or Love are still likely to get play and ring off. That album is very much a classic, it’s not my favorite Kendrick album or his best album in my opinion but it is obviously a classic. Not even factoring personal opinion in, but just looking at the general consensus and how it’s stayed for years.

I mean s***, he hasn't stained his discog yet that should hold some weight and even if he does with the next one this run was crazy only OutKast, Tribe and Ye can match

You folks can call Kendrick an all-time great and pretend like you really listen to TPAB but just don't compare him to Kanye. Kanye had more impact with one single album than Kenny's entire discog and is the visionary behind every single aspect of his albums. His overall artistry is much more versatile, diverse and brave than Kendrick's. Musically AND lyrically (doesn't depend on critic bait topics to have critics lend him their ears).

Everybody that works with Kendrick will tell you he doesn’t touch the DAW or equipment but he’s directing the producers to what he wants and he’s putting the record together. From the beginning.

I love Ye but let’s not lowball Kendrick for the sake of an argument lol. Especially for a music only conversation. It’s dope that Kanye made beats in 2006 but he rarely does it anymore, especially on his own albums. Daytona is a classic but Kanye isn’t doing beats on his own albums that much anymore.
