KSG, Daytona, and Donda say otherwise.
People only say "Pablo" because that's the last time Ye wasn't a full blown MAGA edgelord as a personality.
But, strictly musically, KSG was Ye's last highly acclaimed album and Donda was his last decent one.
I liked V1 more than Donda tbh
I don’t care about his politics. And I don’t think he’s done from a production standpoint, so Daytona isn’t really in the argument. KSG wasn’t bad but that was an cudi album with some Kanye verses (and was pretty overrated on this site anyway). Donda was trash
KSG is more of a Kanye album than the Vultures albums are tbh.
He was spitting good bars on those songs, had great chemistry with Cudi, and even that thing he did on Feel The Love was very passionate.
If KSG doesn't count at a Ye album, neither should Vultures 1 cause Ty Dolla Sign was doing a lot of heavy lifting there even though some of Ye's verses were decent enough like on Burn and King.

i wouldnt say edgelord he just was ahead of the curve look all these trump supporters now lol
Ye wasn’t good imo. I wouldn’t argue if someone put Kendrick at 5. I don’t agree personally but it not that outta pocket, but greatest of all time is kinda laughable tbh
no other hip hop artist has ever won this
how can he not be the goat convo?
Kendrick checks off more than enough boxes to be "the greatest."
Of course, "greatest" is subjective but I don't know how anybody can act like Kendrick "still needs to prove himself" at this point.
Man's got skills, good lyrics, an extremely consistent discog, longevity, has an "untouchable" image after the beef, acclaim, Grammy's, strong concept songs, etc.
Like what the f*** does Kendrick have to do to be considered a GOAT contender at this point other than having a 90's nostalgia stimulus?
Kendrick is just in the Kanye CD-yeezus kinda bubble where he can’t do wrong with critics. I do agree he’s consistent but not outstanding in any way. I do think TPAB is a classic though. But GKMC had the whole “new Illmatic” push, which it isn’t anywhere near. Damn was kinda boring, mr morale wasn’t it and the new one is just a fun album but nothing new or innovative. As far as untouchable… he beat drake ffs. He’s had almost as many L’s as meek mill
Kendrick has more of a GOAT case than Biggie if we're keeping it 100.
And I'm a Biggie fan saying this.
no

Except both big albums are better than every Kendrick album

I don’t see the correlation considering you have X In yours but you’re a massive Kendrick enthusiast
If Kendrick is now you’re fav that’s great. But he probably somewhere around top 10-15 all time — to many asterisks and gimmicks associated with him
The media boosting and industry darling s*** is an advantage that no other rapper got tho besides him 🤷🏽♀️
gimmicks? hes the least rapper with gimmicks
and what the f*** does me having X in my pic
have to do with dot? besided both of them being
the only rappers to break drakes spotify record ig

true but just fuinny how he got killed for it and now its acceptable
cap. damn> biggie
Not DAMN.
But TPAB is easily better than Biggie's albums.
Ready To Die is an elite album for sure but LAD felt like a weird juxtaposition between RTD era Biggie and a Bad Boy greatest hits album.
He peaked as a rapper on LAD but the album isn't really all that elite as a whole project. Still a classic nonetheless.

Nah. I live in a county close to 50% Hispanic that voted Trump over Harris.
He really did win the so-called "silent majority" in this election.
Not DAMN.

TPAB is the closest and I can see an argument for it being better than LAD, since it is a little bloated, but RTD is better by a fairly big margin (probably a top 10 rap album OAT)
