witherputting one over another it's the same s***. niggas are happy as day to trash any album especially if they feel its getting too much shine from critics. crazy how everyone on this fence continues to ignore the point that mood influences when you listen to different albums
universality doesn't equal better to most peopleSome albums are just heavy undertakings but are really satisfying so you don't feel the need to listen to them every day. It's a pretty simple concept

There are two types of listeners in this aspect, thats where the divide is
There's definitely a balance. And if 2 projects are in the same lane there's no excuse
It's true a lot of the time if not most but to act like there's no reason you could listen to something more and truly believe it's not as good is just wrong
Apr 22, 2022MarbleBecause Internet forums and corny music reviewers say you have to like Kendrick more doesn’t mean you actually have to. If you gonna listen more to the Future album then why would you say the other album is better? Idk but most of the time I listen to the music I think is better.
I dunno I feel like while listenabity is correlated with how much I like an album it isn’t the same thing - there are albums I like a lot that require a certain headspace to listen to or more energy.
Daytona one of my favorite albums of the past few years but I only listen to it max once a month when I can listen in it’s entirety, I can throw a song off the Wizrd on anytime I have 5 minutes and enjoy it.
