Considering the unofficial songs and tapes he can be with Wayne and above Big, HOV can be arguable. Imo the F&L leak and his Arista era material is almost as good as C3 sessions, it's quite overlooked. His album discog more consistent than Wayne and HOV too

No. Is he one of the greatest lyricists of all time? Yes

well....we did get some great loose materials within that Period (Enemy Of The State, Friend Of The People, Tetsuo Season) and really his trash albums from then were a product of his label, really his true "miss" i'd consider is F&L2. Even then we do have some great songs on that album
