I mean sustained success. I know in the 90s a lot of random No Limit weed carriers had a platinum album, but then they fell off the face of the earth. Or more recently you have the phenomenon of talentless meme rappers who pop up for a month and then disappear. But NAV has had a solid career for years at this point and has nothing to show for it.
he got forced into us, poor The Weeknd tried his hardest
OP gotta be racist
Theoretically nav one of the most talented in the industry rn
Good thing we don’t live theoretically
I skipped to a random part in this song and NAV was rapping "I'll probably keep on f***ing b****es till im 49"
Other rappers flex cars and jewels, NAV is flexing that he will still be having s***as a middle-aged man
legendary stuff
I am very surprised that Nav is still around and didn't recede into the aether around 2020. With that being said, there is something appealing about his music when he keeps it simple and makes his self-produced nocturnal stuff.
op does not represent other z ro fans
I mean he has no good songs. Not even one.
come on, he's nowhere near my favorite rapper but to say he has no good song is totally false
I mean he has no good songs. Not even one.
Not even a big fan, his last few albums felt like a slog to me but he has plenty of good tracks
Was at NAV show in Toronto last night brought out meek & Travis. Nav had improved his performance, he’s got influence and fans love him, he did well
Meek & Travis is big. Wow
I'm more surprised he wasn't a 4 years and gone sort of artist, esp since his music peaked before he released his first project. he'll do an alright single now and then which is I guess what matters.
god bless the internet/SoundCloud at the time cause if he tried to blow up three to five years prior he would just be an engineer at paramount or for some major engineer and maybe a writer at best
ex. someone like ca$hpassion (an engineer for travis who makes music as well)
he just marketed himself really well off the rip and made slaps tbh
wish nav nothing but continued success fr

there was a moment when he was selling a crazy amount of units fr he had real deal success in a way that can’t be understated
he literally kept the xo venture afloat while artists like 88glam blew most of the labels budget lmaoooooo
