Pretty much the same as chrome, but built in ad blockers saving you bandwidth and vpn. And you also get paid to use it (although not that much, depends on your usage). Also blocks all of those cookies prompts

I mean, Chrome-Edge-Opera-Brave all run on the same basic software, so you'll get a pretty similar experience with all of them, but each have their own unique tweaks

Been using Brave for a long time, although I had Opera before and didn’t really like it.

I think they're about the same in terms of what they do. But brave probably has the better user interface and has more features and what not

Stupid question, but if I have Brave VPN active, how does that work if I have my normal VPN running? Would I want to deactivate that when using Brave?

Not too sure actually, never used the brave vpn cause its $4 a month or something like that and I already have a separate vpn but that one works just fine

It's been around for years and was nothing special.
They recently started paying streamers to shill, hence why it seems to have "blown up" now.

I've started using it this week, it's better in terms of resources, and especially customization.
I love the fact that you can add sound effects for your keyboard, tab closing, opening, and other stuff.
It also has a lot of extensions and features, and until now it seems to use the same or less resources compared to FireFox
