To buy a bunch of them with the sole purpose of reselling them for profit is a wack move.

If you are using bots to purchase a bunch of them online then that's dishonorable. May not be illegal, but still wack. If you are purchasing them in an honorable way like everybody else and manage to get several consoles naturally then it's still tasteless but at least you are playing by the rules like everybody else.

Basically, it's not illegal but it's just wack. Some people genuinely want these consoles and been looking forward to them either for themselves or as gift for their kids/family, but because of scalpers these genuine people not only have to struggle a lot to get their hands on one but now they have to pay way more for it because some dude bought several just to profit off of the guy who genuinely wanted the console.
