He has better rapping skills but makes worse rap music, if for you the better rapper it's the one with better skills, Robb it's better than Keef but if for you the better rappers it's the one who makes better music Keef it's better

One of the best keef projects (BFTD) don't use almost any autotune, and keef it's the goat autotune rapper with Future( and Thug but I like a lot more Future n Keef) , even if Robb made more autotune rap music he wouldn't be able to make better autotune rap than Keef, they are different types of rapper I guess it doesn't make a lot of sense to compare them but Keef has make more quality project in my opinion

have u ever thought that robb just doesnt care about blowing up like that and being mainstream?

his father was a pretty big mainstream reggae artist and he never once used those ties to get ahead (his dad admitted didnt even have any idea he made music until a few years into his career when someone showed him his vids)

he was signed to birdman and hung out wit wayne, is close wit uzi (uzi cameo'd in robbs music video) and supposedly has an unreleased song wit him

he also turned down the xxl freshman list (twice reportedly) when his hype was the highest years ago AND he was a close friend of XXX's but didnt even try to milk and capitalize on that when XXX blew up in anyway besides releasing a tribute music video after he died.

robb just doesnt care about being a mainstream artist and being big like that tbh

He's one of the only artist from that Tumblr era that didn't really blow, his popularity peaked during Calendars and Tha City. Then he took forever to release YOTS, all his other contemporaries from that same generation have surpassed him since.
