Because so many people romanticize Tony I was surprised how big of a pos he is when I rewatched this
Bunch of white guys playing Latin people
Mainstream considers it a classic but how many of you have actually watched it recently? Super long and doesn't really hold up

Idolize a strong word
I liked that he was ambitious af and determined to make it happen, went from nothing to wealthy d*** lord, and didn't take no s*** from nobody no matter how bad the situation. Even when down horrendous mf went out on his own terms

He wanted to f*** his own sister

Very debatable
On some watches I get that vibe especially in her first scene but he coulda just as easily been a ridiculously overprotective big brother considering how over the top he was at everything
And he was way too f***ed up to react when she came in at the end stripping and accusing him of it
It's a classic. People that haven't even seen it knows of it or of Tony Montana. You just don't like it
It's objectively a classic. Like it checks off all the boxes of what makes a film a classic
