I was like that around 14-16 so from experience I would just recommend finding a group of friends and just hanging out and just talking a bit more in HS. That’s like the KEY thing I took from high school. Just learning how to talk and socialize with people. College the same way instead it’s more so learning to network with people

it’s somewhat of an escape which is what makes it really interesting to me and likely most people, though they may not specifically see it as an escape. but to me it’s one of the few things that can really just draw your mind away from everything else at the time and give you sheer tunnel vision, kinda like if you’re extremely engaged w a movie.

it’s a bizarre form of focus because you’re not really doing anything productive for your life (other than the positive feeling chemicals that are associated, but even that’s a short-term burst, the changes in your emotion wouldn’t last longer than a day, maybe a few depending on how much you think bout the sexual encounter), but it’s probably a stronger focus than most people have even for their jobs n s***.

so yeah should people chase it all the time? nah. but it is intoxicating

I feel like that’s bullshit though, s***literally runs everything. It’s the underlying factor for most things in this world. Guys achieve things to gain status/money so they can f*** more girls, girls get more beautiful and try to get the most attention they can so they can find the hottest guy they can f*** or the best provider. People are constantly working out, eating right, buying cool clothes, trying to get more money which all makes a person more attractive, and when you’re more attractive it’s easier to find relationships/sex.
