First let me get this out of the way, this isn't to disparage Drake's writing abilities. I actually like when artists collaborate in these ways, especially in situations where they've (their team) more or less discovered the person themselves. I've been looking at larger artists more as general contractors – they're leading the construction of a house and have to work with a few trades to get it done.

Now that that's out of the way, what do you think? I don't see him as a signing that would be successful as a standalone artist, it makes more sense to me that he's bouncing flows drakes way, etc.

Agreed, I imagine he’s in the room just providing input to cadence and flow. I know everyone has a hard on for OB on here, but Drake had THAT guy in the room doing the same thing at points.

I’m just saying, if Drake offered to break me off in advance to negate written credit — I f***ing would. The people that NEED to know would know what I’ve contributed and it would 100% springboard your career as a writer.
