I mean Cole has spoken on his intentions for TFO multiple times. He said that when he got signed he noticed over the years that even though he was getting more and more famous, his pen was falling off. That's where the title came from. So for him, TFO is supposed to represent him at his ultimate form and his pen at its sharpest. It's the expectations he's setting for himself and it should be his best album
