Yes and No, I would say that a lot of rappers are just stuck on just trap beats. What I mean is that their flow sounds way too trap influenced where if you hear them on something different, they don't sound like they're trying anything new.
That's my problem with Megan too, but I believe she wants to try different things tho.
Like when she rapped over old school beats, it sound too much like modern day rap instead of trying a different flow and take to a beat.
Most rappers don't want to experiment and try different or older flows, and sadly fans are accepting it, so as long as they accept it then music is gonna be the way it is.
Same way with the production.
