Drake can easily sell out a stadium tour, the question for him is whether or not he can craft and execute a stadium worthy show. A stadium performance should have some level of spectacle to it that I’m not sure Drake has interest in putting together.

Beyoncé, on the other hand, can definitely put together a stadium worthy performance, and I think she’s still big enough to sell out at least the majority of shows on a stadium tour.

Eminem is enough of a legacy act at this point to where I think he can sell out a stadium tour, but again the question is whether he has interest in performing in venues that big or not.

As far as newer acts go, I strongly believe that after Utopia comes out, Travis’s next tour will be a stadium tour and will be super successful

Eminem has the “I don’t like rap but I like Eminem” crowd though, plus he’s basically a legacy act at this point. I think if he really wanted to, plus got some other legends to open for him / co-headline with him, he could definitely pull it off.

And this applies to Beyonce as well, she’s enough of a legacy act (while also still being super relevant) to where she can pull it off. Because people wouldn’t be going just for her new album, but for her 25+ years worth of catalogue
