I mean being a doctor is a very respectable job and nobody will s*** talk but you will basically never get to make your own hours, will probably have to work an unusual schedule, have a very high stress job, and the divorce rates are through the roof. So it's not just an easy paycheck.

There's certain specialities of Medicine that make great careers.
Surgeons don't make that list.

The best specialty is something like Dermatology, you work a 9-5 make serious money and no one dies.

Or just become a dentist.

You go into medicine for many reasons, but never the money or the hours.
