  • Gucci is looked at as a Godfather in Atlanta and Tip still gets a lot of love as an OG in Southern Hip Hop. Even 2 Chainz gets treated like an elder statesman.

Why they dont f*** with Jeezy like that?

The gif you posted says everything as to why they don’t tbh

But still, Tip gets loved and he didnt real put too many Atlanta artists on.

It's like Jeezy gets no love from these new rappers. If he had a stable of young Atlanta cats as his new CTE he'd prolly have some kinda buzz.

    But he's irrelevant af.

  • Doesnt 21 diss Jeezy on his new album?

  • jeezy put on WHITE i don't care

  • Oct 2, 2020

he gave us Can’t Tell Me Nothing and Put On , that man a legend

  • Oct 2, 2020

Loyalty to Gucci because of what he does for Atl artists. No idea what Jeezy even does these days aside from get dragged by Freddie Gibbs. I know Gunna f***s with Jeezy though

  • you have a good point though lol thugger gave t.i bout that money jeezy got songs froms all sorts of big artists but they get absolutely buried in his albums and the verses are usually atlantic mp3 vault level

  • Oct 2, 2020

gucci and just an easy target

the one dude in ATL no one really f***s with .

Dont think hes ever really made a big effort to connect with the young rappers like that. I mean his label’s name is even corporate thugz, not really relatable or an appealing even for someone like the Migos for example. The most he’s done is sign Freddie (who he beefed with) and what, YG? Lol, dude’s hanging at roc nation brunches with hov he dont got time for lil niggas

    TIP ain’t either

  • Oct 2, 2020

Tip don’t get too much love like that in the city bro, people think he’s a snitch.

Who else besides Thug shows love to T.I.?

Plus Luda has a noticeably Midwestern style of rapping that's noticeable even when he's repping ATL, although his music still got Southern vibes.

It's similar to how Pac don't even sound "West Coast" like that but his music like AEOM got West Coast vibes.
