To react like this to another man telling you something is certainly a touch fruity, but could be a natural reaction while the body is in a relaxed state around a friend. Reacting like this to a woman on the other hand may be the only example of something that’s gayer to do with a woman than it is to a man. It shows you’re mimicking hee body language and could be indicative of a desire to not necessarily be a woman but to be in her position (looking back at it, for example)
