3 beers a day everyday is okay but over time you'll need more to achieve the same effect and it's surely not the best for you. i unironically recommend weed lol
personally, alcohol makes it easy for me to get to sleep but fuuuuucks with me sleeping well throughout the night. gives me nightmares and i always wake up early and dehydrated
and beer has a lot of carbs. i try not to drink alone much
