I'm in a constant state of pain, misery and suffering.
Depends on context
Real emotional trauma shouldn’t be welcomed under any circumstances but if confronted with it I wish the best and hope you can come out the other side stronger
Physical? Context, training yes otherwise not so much
I'm in a constant state of pain, misery and suffering.

Building my theories
not inherently
only if you adapt and forge a way to benefit from it
some people think a math class is hard & study tirelessly to understand it
other people in the class give up and don't end up doing well in the course
It's all in the person's reaction and response imo.
the circumstances that made someone a better person can corrupt the next man forever depending on mindset
have you tried d**** cuz i like those
weed is the only reason i havent had a mental breakdown yer
For times when you feel pain: See that it doesn’t disgrace you, or degrade your intelligence—doesn’t keep it from acting rationally or unselfishly. And in most cases what Epicurus said should help: that pain is neither unbearable nor unending, as long as you keep in mind its limits and don’t magnify them in your imagination. And keep in mind too that pain often comes in disguise— as drowsiness, fever, loss of appetite. When you’re bothered by things like that, remind yourself: “I’m giving into pain.”
Pain is guidance

The value in painful experiences comes from individual reflection and reintegration into the self.
People go through terrible s*** and come out unchanged/falling into the same patterns all the time. There has to be a will to change for you to get the value out of a painful experience.
theres no value in systematic oppression and exploitation other than it fueling the overthrow of the system responsible for it but then Id say its consequential rather than inherent
Pain like all things tho. You learn from pain, you learn from love, you learn from fun, you learn from hate, it’s all valuable if you choose to view it that way.
Sometimes pain is just telling u whats wrong and u gotta change to make it go away
Pain is something I understand very well, tbh I'm often in pain because of biology reasons, I've learned to listen to what the pain is trying to tell me and adapt
