just got off the phone ordering some food to pick up. i ordered it and they immediately hung up without saying anything

i call back, and 2 people talk to me and give me an attitude about asking for my total. then the manager comes on the phone saying they dont give totals or time estimates over the phone. i can only know when i come to buy it.
