Why did he cut the Diddy line on Ross? That seemed like a f***ing KO to me.

I’m telling you it’s giving me backtrack vibes with Rick in general and he doesn’t want it to be a permanent fall out tbh

It was cause of the beat, it was junior mafia and he couldn't get it cleared cause of diddy verse

It leaked and then he sent the CDQ version of the song to Akademiks and sent explicit/clean versions to radio stations. The fact is he has a diss track out and Kendrick is yet to respond. I'd understand your point if Kendrick had responded and he was ignoring him and busy trolling Ross on IG.

There’s really no reason as to why Drake wouldn’t even upload it himself on SoundCloud or YouTube.

Drake has never f***ing sent a song to be only on Akademiks stream. He clearly isn’t standing fully on this and doesn’t wanna go all the way if it doesn’t even up ever being released like

Him: “Lol yall Rick mad cause he hungry 😂😂😂”

Be very for real. He was not this light hearted when it was Meek, Pusha, Kanye, etc beef. He was absolutely in that mode of ready for war lmao.

To me it comes off as he kinda doesn’t want to permanently fall out with Rick so he’s trying to turn it into jokes and being half-serious. Like he wasn’t going to release the song and fuel this to begin with but then it leaked so

Did he not do the exact same thing by making memes towards Ye? (The invoice insta post)

Did he not roll Meek Mill memes at his concert on the big screen after back to back dropped?

And if that's the case with Rick Ross then so what? He also didn't wanna go at Meek and they even made up after that. The main character in this beef is Kendrick. Stop focusing on Rick Ross. I doubt they have any real issues.

It just seems like you wanna complain for no real reason. The song is out there. Who cares that it isn't released officially? Drake has done nothing to suggest that his heart still isn't in this beef as it relates to Kendrick, who is the main target in all this so just f***ing relax.

Nah he posting Metro memes too.

Like That came out 4 weeks ago. He didn’t acknowledge Future or Metro for 3 weeks.

Then his diss leaked and now he keeps going on IG to post memes and act like it’s all lighthearted. The song definitely wasn’t.

It just gives the vibes he initially was ready for smoke, kinda backed off, the song leaked anyways and he’s tryna make the mood less intense.

    No

Drake is a known troll. This is what he does. Even when he dropped Duppy Freestyle, him posting that invoice to Push was him trolling. How is anyone who is a Drake fan acting like Drake trolling is now "out of character"?

How exactly did you get that from me wondering why he was completely quiet for weeks, recorded a diss then never actually released it, and is now posting memes all day tryna act lighthearted and unbothered.

It def seems like he backtracked like why the f*** you didn’t drop it or acknowledge it until you had to

The song is out there and not because he wanted to be is the point lmao.

He never intended to drop it, and when it did leak he still made sure it wasn’t anywhere by his own accord.

I’m saying logically there is no point even being hyped in a beef if he’s already backtracking and not fully into it

Exactly. Rick Ross is just inserting himself in s*** that really isn't his concern and Drake is entertaining him because he won't stop disturbing him. That's all this is.

Ahh Duppy Freestyle, a diss he willingly released on his own platform and wasn’t quiet for weeks on end until it leaked and he had no choice but to speak up

How do you know he never intended to drop it? That's a conclusion you arrived at all by yourself. He made multiple versions of the song and even had a mixed/mastered version ready to go. Nothing about that suggests that he wasn't gonna drop. Seems more like he waited till the second Future/Metro album dropped to see what else they had in store for him.

How is he "backtracking" by reciprocating the energy Rick Ross has been giving him since Saturday? How is him trolling Metro and Kendrick's manager, insisting Kendrick responds him "backtracking"? You're just saying rubbish. Think whatever you want, man. I'm done with this back and forth.

And so again why didn’t he release it at any point is the question.

And considering the right version didn’t even leak I doubt that was purposely done be very for real
