I would say my favorite thing about the track is that he replied to everyone that needed a reply.
Directly addressed Future for saying he was a fan.
Went right at K Dot the whole song
Took care of Ross in 4 bars for jumping in for no reason
Silenced p**** ass Metro for sneak dissing and tweet and deleting
Got the XO boys outta here cause Cash tricking off Abel bread
Called Cole out for having no backbone
Threatened to release more information he knows about Kenny in a more scathing track
Previewed a new track at the end that sounds like it could be a summer slapper
Ignored Rocky cause he sucks and is irrelevant
Bottom line: we smoking on the unleaded pgLame pack tooonigghhttt

I like this
Many people on here and especially on social media don't know how writing credits work. You'd be surprised just how many "music fans" don't understand even the most basic aspects of it.
This is why I hate that fans were granted access and transparency to the entertainment industry in general.
Im all for the information age, and creative people being able to arm themselves with the education to understand their value.
But the general public is so stupid.
I could understand just not knowing in general. But don’t open ya mouth and speak AS IF you know when you’re 100% wrong is a new level of stupidity.
Most people on the internet speak on things they don't understand with the confidence that presents like they know what they're talking about lol.

Bingo.
Kendrick fans online were pushing another narrative that Drake didn't want to put Push Ups on DSPs because he was afraid of them reading the credits and seeing that he didn't write the song. A subreddit immediately made a thread when it dropped and posted the credit thinking they had a gotcha moment with Boi-1da and Noel being credited as writers
LMAO hey man… hip hop discourse might be cooked… thanks to none other than meek f***ing mill
oh he dropped a song called push ups hopefully its rnb vibes bouta listen on apple music

And then you have the people who don't understand that a credited writer can't also he a ghostwriter lol. That's why you have niggas calling the artists on OVO Sound Drake's ghostwriters lol.
Also I love how the narrative is “Kendrick’s silence is killing Drake and OVO”
Mf he called Kendrick a midget, a small stepper, a panderer, etc on wax and proceeded to BEG for a response all week… there’s only one side that is scared and scrambling…

Them pushing several narratives, even to the point of many of them conflicting each other, proves that they're the ones who are scared. They're scared because they thought Drake would be scared of Kendrick/wouldn't respond at all. His boldness is what has them shook.
They're also convinced none of this is getting to Kendrick simply because he isn't posting on social media. I laugh. He's getting EVERYTHING that's being done and said. I'll put all my money on that.

It's been cooked for a long time.
In the 90s or 50 Cent era 00s Drake would be the undisputed champion of rap music.
The regular fan would have less access to him through social media and no access to the information about the industry wide practices they claim to hate so much (i.e. creative collaboration) bc all them niggas do it.

I think it’s exactly what you’re looking for
""Hugs and kisses, man, don't tell me 'bout no switches
I'll be rockin' every f***in' chain I own next visit, ayy"
Bro was flowing so well on the beat right here he knew it and had to add an "ayy" to the end of the line lmaooo s*** just sounded so hard
best part of the song.

Most people full stop. I think it’s from being unaware, not questioning things… I guess not being able to clearly think about why the points your confident in might be wrong is why those people come across as very unintelligent.
