The sounds previewed in God's Country and Lost Forever are truly next level. I don't even like Travis that much but those songs show insane potential (mainly for the production)
Is this still coming this year?
Lock for 2022 best album ? Nah far too many great albums drop this year.
Don't even know if he dropping this year
He might not drop this year, feel like his rollout is gonna be longer and its gonna drop next year but maybe he’ll do a quick drop this year idk
Def was gonna drop this year before the Astrofest though
@TravisScott This year, Jacques?
Rap AOTY Gibbs and Pusha T got it locked. Travis will have to do some crazy s*** to be in the discussion (he's capable so we'll see)
I also doubt he drops this year. We still got SZA and possibly Rihanna dropping end of year/early next year. The 4th quarter will be fun for sure
November single, then Dystopia early 1st quarter 2023, then Coachella, and end with Utopia 3rd quarter would be chef's kiss
Lost on islands, driven in boat cars,
Just bring your girl, feel like she both ours.

listen to every song on It's Dry again and come back. That album is wild

I heard the album enough to know that it’s fine. I can name 5 better rap albums off the top of my head.
Pusha did great. Ye did good. Pharrell aside from a couple beats

Name the 5 from this year. Genuinely asking so I can check the others if I missed something

Judging by your username I know Kendrick will be there but as far as rap rap, it's top 3 but not above Gibbs or Push I'm sorry

I couldn’t get into the majority of Pharrell’s production due to the repetitive nature of them. Using the same drum and 808 kit on every beat was tiring to my ears and yes, I gave the album multiple listens before coming to that conclusion.
I liked/really liked Let The Smokers Shine The Coupes, Neck And Wrist & Call My Bluff.
Hated Rock N Roll and thought Scrape It Off was mid

I'm a Pharrell stan so I love the s*** he's been making aside from the Pusha stuff (ie Money Bagg Yo, Snoh, Kendrick etc), but I also understand what you mean. Push's voice just sounds really great over his production.
I liked all the Kanye side aside from Just So You Remember. But as a whole album with 12 songs, I think it holds up more compared to others others this year
