The falloff was way later than that, I would say Cabin Fever 3 was when he was getting very meh.
I mean, I f***ed with On My Level, was the standout,
but that s*** was trash. Doesn't have a single album with anything close to staying power.
He's a legend, but C tier.

See You Again, in retrospect, hurt his legacy.

Dude's getting weed money, doubt he cares about the music nearly as much anymore and for a while.
The Full Court Press project was hard.

he became really inconsistent. cabin fever 3 was kinda trash, 28 grams really good, soundcloud loosies and the khalifs album was good, then dropped a bumch more forgettable stuff with decent stuff mixed in. feel like as time went on he catered more to his weed rap fan base which isn’t a bad thing just more niche
Overlooked for sure
Same for Tyga but mfers on here don’t wanna hear that
Legendary was a solid album.

super hard
Wiz is absolutely a legend in both rap and pop culture
Yeah there's no denying he's a legend.
Off the strength of his image + nKush and OJ + See You Again + Black and Yellow
But really, in terms of legacy and impact, it doesn't really go beyond that.

Cabin Fever
Easily a legend. You can’t bring up the internet blog rap era without mentioning him. Classic projects, influential, commercial success.
