She inspired a lot of really good songs from John- both while he was with the Beatles and solo.
Julia, Don’t Let me Down, and I want you (She’s so Heavy) are f***ing classics. John supposedly heard her playing Moonlight Sonata on the piano inspiring Because.
Imagine was basically taken from her ideas in her book. Oh Yoko also from that album is fun too.
Basically anything by John after the White Album, she was likely the muse for.
top tier poom poom for sure
Yoko back in the day was a pretty woman fo so. Considering how John could have had his pick of any woman and probably spent some time playing the field you just know that coochie was fye 🔥 for him to choose her as his partner.
Dude was infatuated by her, and you got to respect that. It's so tragic what unfolded later down the line for them

Dame Erykah really might have the throne.
Common, 3Stacks, and Jay Electronica were never the same..

D.O.C too
Sara Dylan inspired alot of Bob's best output in the 60s. One could argue that you could compile a list of his best songs from the 60s and 70s and they would all be about, or mention her in some way.
Joan Baez just put him on to some folk music, but he wasn't ever in a relationship with here iirc just a FWB situation.
@Elric would probably know more than me about it.
it's such an overlooked banger. Nicky Hopkins' piano playing is sublime. I hope Carti spits a verse over it some day.
Muse with no ass. Thats why the Beatles could never make Yeezus
There is no Yeezus without Revolution 9.
You ain't been doing the education 😴

Yeah tbh I don't worry too much about who exactly each song is about and just apply whatevers applicable to the songs about my own relationships.
Having said that quite a few of the early love songs are about Suze and couple are probably about Factory girl Edie Sedgwick etc.

Yeezus ain't that abstract
Lennon's contributions to Revolver were like the Yeezus of 1966 though
Erykah imo

Tomorrow Never Knows was the first track they layed down for those sessions. I wish it were the blueprint for the rest of the tracks that followed. I feel like Revolver isn't experimental enough.
