Isaiah's mixing is one of the most unique things about his music.
That s*** where he'll have two vocals tracks going at the same time, one laid back, and in the background that's more aggressive. I haven't heard that anywhere else.
It's a key aspect to that "Isaiah Rashad vibe" I feel.

I literally was thinking about this exact same thing. It’s such a unique style and it’s super subtle but adds so much to his music.

There's personal s*** on the project but its more subtle on a lot of it. A lot of the album plays out with a more upbeat tone to try and disguise the pain and trauma he's really feeling. Its a lighter sounding album with some dark ass subject matter.

Basically if Heavenly Father was an album lol.
Definitely a lot more positive than s*** on Cilvia Demo and TST but still got some stuff there
