I think people were probably starving for new Ye in 2018 after his 2 years long hiatus, and also everybody were pumped because of Wyoming events, even Fantano gave high score to Ye, he probably was living in the moment, the same with me. I felt that Ye was pretty good considering the circumstances, but 3 years later it's the worst Kanye's album.
