Israel and USA have used Iran enriching uranium and getting close to getting close to a nuke-level concentration as reasoning for the bombing and escalation. By the looks of that tweet it seems like 0 enrichment/0 working towards nuclear weapons was part of negotiations and Iran refused it (as they should probably)
