I'd give Partymobile that it's a good album. Because it is. Not much more than just 'good' though, esp. w party's potential

Didn't hit P1-3 levels for me but its still quality music and I always tend to like some of the weirder s*** PND does,

like 'Touch Me', or 'Brown Skin' off p3 for comparison

'a vibe' means incoherent writing and nothing memorable, in other words: background music

If I hear an album described as "a vibe" more often than not that just means the album is some mid that you throw on in the background and don't pay attention to.

That's not a good thing.

It was one of the best R&B albums of the year, very well put together

well someonehas the choice to say 'it's really good / incredible' or they say 'its a vibe'. it's a conscious choice of words.
