Can only control so much.

If I let societal ills effect my mood this year, I might as well just commit that.

S*** be out of my control and Ye having faith in something (God) is helping me understand that.

Lets be good people and love those around us and hope for the best.

Not saying that you are but this is why the world is the way it is because people would rather turn blind eye and just put a Snapchat filter over the world instead of accepting this is hell on earth and until we get uncomfortable things will remain this way for years to come

Sitting idly and telling yourself that everything is going to be alright and looking forward to the weekend is the boomer mentality. Don’t get it twisted. To be optimistic is to do nothing and just hope that these issues don’t effect you

Maybe that’s why things are the way they are because too many people just say “well I can’t control it so f*** it” and then nobody every does anything besides live in their own bubble until it pops

I'm voting for Bernie in the primary and general and encouraging others to do so. I'm just saying as a man that stressed a lot about all of the s*** you typed out in 2019, I'm gonna take a step back, count my blessings and concede some want for control for my own well being. And hope you can find peace of mind as well, however that may be friend

Nah man the western culture was built on complacency sold as optimism. The reason why things are the way they are because for so long too many people like you said I’m gonna stop worrying and “focus on me” well to that all I can say is enjoy it while it lasts because whether you realize it or not this is hell on earth whether you’re happy right now or not you just haven’t felt the flame yet
