don’t get me wrong, i don’t think drake should feel obliged to do any of what you mentioned, but using “he’s a rapper” to excuse putting minimal effort into his shows is mildly odd

the bar in itself for a decent rap performance is pretty low, i think most people would agree that for a rapper of drake’s caliber his stuff could be a lot better, don’t see the controversy in that lol

How is Drake putting minimal effort into his shows exactly? Have you attended any show on his current tour? The people who have actually attended have only had great things to say but I'm meant to take the criticisms of someone who hasn't been to a show seriously?

Outside of Taylor and maybe Beyoncé's tours, there's no other tour this summer getting the kind of social media engagement Drake's tour is getting. Dozens of viral videos on TikTok/Twitter all praising how enjoyable the shows are but people who haven't attended are the ones with all the critiques lol.
