Mac will always be a legend to me. He felt like my big brother growing up. He was always growing and learning from his mistakes just like me. Felt like when things were down I could always look forward to when the next project of his would drop. I can still remember the moment I found out he died. I couldn’t believe it. Your music and your soul are eternal Mac, I hope you rest well.

Still remember taking the bart to see his show in Oakland in 2016 at the Fox theatre literally a few days after Trump won the election. Wasn't even planning on goin but ended up getting there late. It was such a dope show & got to see him perform Diablo & Insomniak. Bart got shut down cause of the protests so he stayed a while longer & performed a few songs off of K.I.D.S.
