The Label High Value Man is very hard to get, u have to be above average looking, rich, high status, and solid social skills. A Rich dork isnt A HVM, also a broke Male model also isn't one, out of pocket i would say that maybe 0,5% Of Male Population qualify for this label, arguably even less.
I also want to clarify that i don't support cheating, but i support the "telling her the truth and explaining to her that u will f*** other women, while you're dating but u will stay emotionally loyal to her" because in my opinion if she agrees to your parameters off a one side opened relationship there is nothing immoral about this.
This is the same thing with self improvement and becoming high value as a man, lets say someone grinds it out 5-10+ years, hits gym, maxizes his looks, becomes charismatic through life experience, gets rich, becomes high status, all those classic self improvement HVM things.
Do you really believe, someone is busting his ass 10 + Years to get the Reward off joe schmoe (1 monogamous relationship)? Think about it logically, the grind is way to big to accept the normal dating system, its logical.
Whats the point off having Lambos, bottles in the club, and all the other fancy s*** if you cant even reap the fruits off your labor?

it's about how many guys in the world will wanna bump you off when they see a guy with a roster of women, including their girlfriend or wife, while they can't even keep one or get one.
envy and male pride will push ppl to extreme lengths
I feel like monogamy is pushed by society not to benefit women (women would benefit almost equally being a member of a harem or sister-wives type situation as compared to a monogamous marriage) but to keep the male population docile by ensuring a larger percentage of men are able to feel content with one woman vs having them grow angry and restless and finally crash out in massive numbers against the top 20 or so percent of guys who get all the women.
Biologically I don't think monogamy is natural in humans
