you know what’s crazy is how that makes his beats sometimes. i found a drum kit with his exact fx and was messing with it and literally made a couple pierre beats to a tee lol i swear i could sell them as leaks

That sample is so small, but plays a key part in a lot of his beats. Especially the ones he makes for Nudy where he manipulates it around the beat like slowing it down.

It's part of Pierre Bourne's drum kit that samples Quavo. I wonder if Quavo got some kind of compensation for that.
